History


Infinit Outsourcing Inc. (Infinit-O) was incorporated on September 15, 2005. Initially involved in providing basic claims processing, the company has evolved into a highly specialized outsourcing organization, meeting clients’ most demanding needs.

"Infinito"
is an Italian word which means endless and perpetual. It was derived from our mission which is to create never ending relationships with our clients through providing them infinite improvements in a spirit of true partnership.

Established by a team of professionals with over twenty years of practical experience in outsourcing, Infinito's difference is its clear focus on the delivery of long term measurable business improvement.

Infinit-O is proud of the clients it has partnered with. It has worked at becoming one of the highest quality providers of outsourcing solutions in the Philippines, developing long lasting business relationships through its successful client service model.

In less than two years, five international companies have turned to Infinit-O for help in solving their business needs.

The company has enabled clients to reduce and control operating cost as well as improve focus on their primary business objectives; the growth of  the company’s current clients is evidenced by how it has exceeded  client expectations.

In addition, Infinit-O has forged several partnerships to jointly promote the services in the USA and develop its new clients to complement the growth of its existing client base.

Infinit-O has developed a four-part  operations capability framework centered around People ( a highly motivated and experienced team), Processes (the ability to optimize business processes), Technology (cost effective, innovative and scalable implementations), and Security (highly secured work environments).
 
The company continues to strive to improve customer satisfaction, and in 2006, was certified with the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 for business process outsourcing services , subsequently successfully passing two audits. It is  gearing for further international accreditations in 2007.

Infinit-O’s vision is to become the trusted partner in business process outsourcing (BPO) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) solutions.

The strategy is to create partnerships with clients rendering a strong combination of business consultancy, process optimization, and the latest operational techniques and technology to ensure maximum performance from the outsourced back office functions.

The focus is to consistently introduce new outsourcing solutions to potential clients with a unique value proposition, not focused on costs, but in true partnership in  cultivating their business by performing core tasks from the Philippines.
