A successful outsourcing relationship requires effective communication and a means to identify and resolve issues/problems early on, before they become problematic.

As part of the program, a formal weekly, monthly and quarterly communications and review structure are implemented to ensure that accurate information is provided to the right people on time. Over time, the frequency of these meetings may be reviewed to lessen the time required from our clients while maintaining a harmonious and mutually beneficial relationship.

We recommend that client senior management and Infinit-O meet on a regular basis to discuss areas in which Infinit-O may be of valuable assistance.  It provides a venue for sharing of strategies, industry trends, and brainstorming of ideas to boost client business.
