BPO industries. He served as Executive Vice President of Philippine
Airlines, General Manager - Treasury of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum
Corporation, and President of Summersault, Inc.
Richard
Eldridge - Co-Founder
Richard is a fast-track, highly motivated, team and results oriented
executive with a successful background in turnaround situations in the
consulting, IT, and BPO industries accumulating more than nine years
experience across 18 industries, 17 business functions in eight
countries. He is recognized for his exceptional ability in delivering
business results and effectively motivating others at all levels in the
achievement of individual and organizational goals for companies, such
as IBM, HP, Coca Cola, and Shell Exploration UK.
Cecilia Q. Malay - Site
Director
"Cecile"
has a
proven track record for operational excellence with over 27 years
experience in customer service and call centers. She has established
and implemented work processes, performed process compliance audits,
performance analysis, ISO 9000:2001, and Six Sigma for multinational
clients in the outsourcing industry.
Grace E. Orena - Director

than 16 years of intensive experience in the myriad phases of
operations, customer service, and human resource development. An
accredited American Management Association trainer, she has
demonstrated exceptional skills in analyzing training needs and
providing solutions to training problems to some of the
world’s
most progressive companies including P&G, Avon, Sitel and
Philippine Airlines.
